CS&P 2009 Registration

There is neither a formal registration procedure nor a registration fee. The participants will pay accommodation and boarding directly to the conference centre during their stay. The organisers would appreciate if the persons intending to attend the workshop send an e-mail to csp@mimuw.edu.pl stating: title, full name(s), affiliation, intended period of stay, and any special requests. This will make production of conference badges and preparation of schedules much easier.

Hotel booking

The meeting will take place in Kraków-Przegorzały, a vicinity of Kraków (map). The conference site is described in the 'Venue' section of this Web site.

The hotel should be booked not later than by 31st August 2009. The filled booking form shall be sent, preferably attached to e-mail, to BOTH the Hotel (hzabczynska@op.pl) and the Organisers (csp@mimuw.edu.pl).

Important booking info:

• The hotel booking form is a general purpose one. CS&P participants are only interested in filling in the first page (left column for stay between March 1 - Oct. 31). The billing information on last page shall be filled in only when specific invoice is requested.
• If sent by e-mail, the form does not have to be signed.
• The prices for rooms are as indicated in the form and do not include breakfast. There will be an option to purchase meals on site. The (upper) approximate cost of full boarding is 100 PLN/day.
• The CS&P Organisers have secured sufficient number of rooms between 27th September (check-in) and 1st October (check-out). A longer stay is possible, subject to availability of rooms, but cannot be guaranteed by the Organisers.
